Your Guide to the PACMC Website
The PACMC website is designed to help you answer one important question quickly: Where do I need to go to access my care?
Here's how to use the site depending on what you're looking for.
1. Start on the Home Page
The Home page is your main starting point. Here you can find PACMC's clinic information and quickly choose between two common actions:
- Book with Your Physician: If you are looking for your regular doctor.
- Walk-In Schedule: If you need walk-in care.
PACMC provides family medicine and walk-in services through its Hope Health Centre and Walmart Clinic locations in Prince Albert.
2. Looking for Your Regular Physician?
Select Physician Schedule from the main navigation. The physician section allows you to choose the PACMC location associated with your physician and continue to the appropriate booking page.
Once you find your physician, follow the booking instructions shown for that doctor. Because schedules can change, use the current physician page whenever you are planning a new appointment.
3. Need Walk-In Care?
Select Walk-In Schedule from the website navigation. The walk-in section provides separate options for PACMC's Hope Health and Walmart locations.
Use the current schedule to determine the appropriate clinic before travelling. Remember that displayed wait times and physician availability can change as patients arrive and clinic conditions change.
4. Make Sure You're Going to the Correct Location
PACMC operates two Prince Albert locations:
Prince Albert, SK S6V 4V7
Prince Albert, SK S6V 8E3
Before leaving for your appointment, check which location is shown in your booking information. This is particularly important because physicians may work from different PACMC locations or have different schedules.
5. Check Hours and Availability
PACMC publishes clinic hours and changing physician information online. The website currently provides operating-hour information for both locations as well as physician and walk-in information. Always check the website again on the day of your visit if your plans depend on walk-in availability.
6. Use Contact Us When You Need Help
Not every question can be answered through an online schedule. Use Contact Us when you need assistance from the PACMC team or are unsure which online option applies to your situation.
PACMC lists its main reception number as 306-400-9440 and reception email as reception@pacmc.com. Do not use ordinary website or email communication for an emergency.
7. Visit the Blog for PACMC Updates and Patient Information
The Blog provides another resource for clinic news, physician introductions, patient guides, and information about using PACMC services. As the website continues to develop, this is where patients can find longer explanations that would be difficult to fit into appointment and scheduling pages.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Use this simple rule:
- I want an appointment with my regular doctor: Go to Physician Schedule.
- I need walk-in care: Go to Walk-In Schedule.
- I need to find the clinic or its hours: Start at Home.
- I have a question the website doesn't answer: Go to Contact Us.
